Detail Itinerary
Hanoi Bicycle Tour Team will pick up you at your hotel, then take you to our parking lot to pick up your bike for the tour. (Morning tour 8AM, Afternoon tour 12PM). After checking the bike, we will start the tour.
We will cycle through a small alley, with many old architectural houses to reach Long Bien Bridge. Then stop in the middle of the bridge, our tourguide will tell you about the history of Long Bien bridge - one of the most unique symbols of Hanoi. After listing to some infomation about the bridge, taking pictures and see over view of Red River we will ride our bicycles down the stairs lead to an island, called the island in the middle of the Red River or Banana Island.
From here, you can enjoy the fresh air, cycle through floating house, orchards and vegetable gardens, a. You will have time to explore the local house in this area. You can see and understand their daily life on the island through talking with the host, and have the opportunity to enjoy the tropical fruits that they grow in their own garden.
After saying goodbye to local family, we keep pedaling until the next stop is Tran Quoc Pagoda. We'll cycle through a market in the alley. Although it is just a small alley, here you can see a lot of items for the daily life such as vegetables, fruits, meats, clothes, dry goods, seafood, even jewelry,...
Then we are cycling again to the west lake, then visit Tran Quoc Pagoda and John CM monument then ride through french quarter to visit the B52 airplane lake then we biking though the alley again to the train street ( train track ) to see the train and rail way and enjoy the egg coffee
End of the tour will ride pass the Old Quarter again before take you back to your hotel.
